i love that taste...that...hint of sweet...it's like a pinch of Friday.

did a truckload of grocery shopping after work tonight. i was in the mood to do nothing but cook, cook, cook all day long so i figured i should make a list. and then i thought, why make a list? i don't even know what i'm going to cook. and then thought - make a list. otherwise you'll end up with three friggin' cartfulls. so, currently, i am cooking italian sausage to go with some yukon potatoes and carrots with onions and sauerkraut mixed in. what can i say? i was feelin' Ukrainian. with a little Italian mixed in there somewhere.

next will be a gnocchi and spinach bake, some curried chicken soup, tri-pepper salmon with couscous and leftovers will be pizza. i might even try to sneak in a loin roast in a homemade bbq sauce (soya sauce & honey...v. easy) in there.

i wish this was smell-o-blog.....you'd all be knockin' on my door right about now...
