i'm listening to Vampire Weekend right now. have you heard these cats? they're pretty stellar. their sound is all over the map, which i love because i bore easily. i've also listened to the new Puppini Sisters album which is good times. they have a "Triplets des Belleville"/boogie-woogie/Andrews Sisters sound to them. and they do covers. like i said - good times, though i probably won't end up buying it from their album. i'll just stream it when the mood arises. i thought they were great at around midnight last night when i was sleepy, but this morning, they were just "okay".
i've completed 1 of my Chevaliers. and may i just say, hot damn! it is indeed a sexy, sexy mitten. looking forward to wearing them all the time to show them off.
i'll leave it at that...go listen to some Vampire Weekend. more specifically "One (Blake's Got A New Face)". you won't get it out of your head for days, and if you like The Police, that's a good thing. look....i'm listening:
