i was spoiled in my previous home. as much as i complain about crazy egg men and nosy neighbours, it was quiet. and it could have been quaint had i gotten my butt in gear sooner. alas, i stayed true to character and delayed on things and procrastinated on others which brings us to present. it's an adorable apartment. character. hardwood floors and big moldings, renovated yet classic, cozy but roomy. expensive, but i was okay with that.
i was okay with that until the marbles happened. or what i can only assume are marbles. there is a sound that comes from above and it sounds like a game of marbles is being played. then came the basketball being dribbled in the kitchen, along with prayers of the light fixture rattling on the ceiling not exploding into glass shards over my head and into my food. soon after came the slamming doors, the constantly screaming child, the wednesday night parties, the stomping feet, the screaming matches, the begging and crying for a lover not to leave and said lover telling said crier to not be a p***y which brought on more crying and the punching of walls.

the grand finale would be "NO PETS ALLOWED". i have a window of three months to find a home for my kitties. the three months will, obviously, be used to find a new place to live.
