the ol' momster was in town today with one of her friends who is the mother of one of my friends from childhood. we went shopping, rather, they went shopping i encouraged them. it was good, catching up. then we went out to her daughter's place and i met her husband and three kids. she's got the whole package and it's really good to see her in that place. she's a great mom, a great wife, her husband is really nice, their home is beautiful, the kids are adorable and entertaining. even the town they live in is picture perfect. we picked up where we left off...it was nice. i couldn't help thinking though, "can i have that? do i want that?". yech...this aging thing. i guess it doesn't answer as much as i hoped it would.
i guess now is a good time to introduce my aforementioned second friend: Doubt.
