where my computer is temporarily placed right now is on my dining room table. this makes my dining room cluttered, useless and i can see how quickly my dishes pile up in the kitchen sink. this also gives me a lot of time to gaze into my typical 70's apartment kitchen and dream of the possibilities....

i love simple clocks like this, especially for a kitchen. against a celery green wall with bright accents scattered too and fro, i think this would look perfect.

a window to look out of while you do the dishes is a must. the window sill must also hold little pots of herbs. i also like the huge baseboards and trim.
